Frozen Preparation (No Machine)

1. Add 100 g of ice cream mix to 200 mL (7 fl oz) of cold milk.
2. Mix until smooth and let rest for 10 minutes.
3. Stir again and transfer to a container.
4. Freeze for 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on freezer and container.
5. Scoop and serve creamy, rich ice cream.

For a softer, creamier texture:

Use 300 mL (10 fl oz) milk instead of 200 mL.
